This policy explains how Manta Corp. Czech Republic s.r.o. ("we") collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal data when you visit mantadriver.cz, contact us or register with us.

2. What data we process
- Data you provide – name, contact details, date of birth/age, nationality, driving entitlement details and other data from the registration or contact form.
- Data collected automatically – limited technical data via cookies (IP address, device and browser type, pages visited). See the Cookies section.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- receiving and assessing your registration/application;
- contacting you about your application and our services;
- operating, securing and improving the website;
- complying with legal obligations.
Legal basis under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on personal data processing: your consent, performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, our legitimate interest and legal obligation.
4. Who we share data with
We share personal data only to the extent necessary – within the Manta group and with trusted service providers, authorities or partners needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Processing of applicants' personal data (recruitment of drivers and couriers)

What data we process: the data you fill in the registration form on this page — in particular first and last name, email, phone number, city/area of operation, optionally age/date of birth and other data entered in the form (e.g. preferred platform, how you heard about us).
Purpose of processing: recruiting and keeping records of applicants for cooperation as a driver or courier, assessing the application, contacting you and possibly concluding and performing the cooperation.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by submitting the form, and/or pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Processor: the registration form and data processing are technically provided by the InvoK software operated by B2Bauer s. r. o., Company ID 57140162, which processes data on the controller's behalf under a processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Data is stored on servers in the European Union.
Recipients: we share form data only with: (a) the processor InvoK / B2Bauer s. r. o. (technical processing and storage), (b) Bolt for the purpose of activating and managing the courier on the Bolt Food platform, and (c) authorised persons of the controller. For traffic measurement we also use Google (Google Analytics), which processes data about website usage (see section "8. Cookies and analytics"). We do not sell personal data.
Data storage: the main InvoK server is located in Slovakia (EU); security backups are stored in the EU via the Backblaze service (EU Central region – Amsterdam, s3.eu-central-003.backblazeb2.com).
Transfers outside the EU: the Google tool may process some data in the USA, under appropriate safeguards pursuant to the GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses under Art. 46 GDPR).
Retention period: for the duration of the recruitment process; if no cooperation arises, we keep the data for a maximum of 6 months or until consent is withdrawn. If cooperation begins, for its duration and the periods required by law.
5. International transfers
Personal data from this website (mantadriver.cz) is processed and stored in the European Union — the main InvoK server is in Slovakia. Some service providers (e.g. Google) may also process data in the USA, always under appropriate safeguards pursuant to the GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses under Art. 46 GDPR). Beyond these cases we do not transfer data to third countries.
6. How long we keep data
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes and to meet legal obligations, then we delete or anonymise it.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify or erase it, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic. 8. Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device that help the website work and help us understand how it is used.

- Analytics cookies – used only with your consent, so we can understand website usage and improve it.

8. Cookies and analytics
The website uses necessary cookies for its basic functionality and a tool for traffic measurement: Google Analytics (Google). This tool processes data about website usage (e.g. pages visited, device type, approximate location) and may also process data in the USA under appropriate GDPR safeguards. Analytics cookies only load after your consent via the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time by clicking the cookie icon (🍪) in the bottom-left corner of the page, or limit cookies in your browser settings.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
